This variability is a huge plus, with an added bonus of teaching the flows and detailed procedures in SOP 3.
The time I have to spend on the simulator, the airline I am flying, and others. In the end, with an excellent 35 page tutorial and a few short flights, you will get a hang of it and enjoy the rewarding feeling of accomplishment having mastered the complicated flows and procedures necessary in the modern day airliner!
